After spending nearly a decade as a customer, Jack made the transition to presales in 2013, giving him a unique dual perspective on sales strategies. Drawing from his experiences on both sides of the sales process, he has gained valuable insights into what works and what doesn't. The idea for DemoDelta emerged in 2021 as Jack sought to blend traditional solution selling techniques with the evolving needs and expectations of modern buyers.
